ZOOM Fitness Classes

Free to our members on Zoom. If you are not a member of the Centre, we do encourage you becoming a member of the Centre. 


Moving with Muscle – Mondays at 8:30 a.m.

                                   Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. 


Light & Lively – Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.

                          Thursday at 9:30 a.m. 


Sit & Get Fit – Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. 

                        Thursday at 10:45 a.m. 

Moving with Muscle

This class keeps the body moving and strong!

The workout alternates muscle conditioning exercises (using weights, bands, even your own body) with low impact moves that are adaptable to any fitness level.


This class is exercise disguised as fun. Come out and join us. Mondays and Wednesday mornings On Zoom or could be in the building by September 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
