Our Health & Wellness Programs are designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment. Through group activities, educational programs, and opportunities to connect with others, participants can find support, share experiences, and build meaningful connections within the community.

Programs cover a variety of needs and interests, including social connection, mental wellness, caregiver support, dementia support, and active living. Whether you're looking for resources, companionship, or opportunities to stay active and engaged, our programs provide a supportive space for you and your family.

Mens’ Shed

Thursdays at 10 am | MPR
A space where men of all ages and backgrounds can gather, share skills, engage in projects, and contribute to their communities.

Minds in Motion by Alzheimer’s Society

Wednesday @ 1-3 pm | MPR
Sep 16 - Nov 18 (except Sep 30 & Nov 11)

This program connects people living with early to moderate signs of dementia through fitness, fun, and friendship.
