Our classes focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility in a welcoming and supportive environment. Participants can enjoy regular exercise while building confidence and connecting with others.

Pickleball

Tai Chi originated in ancient China is a widely practiced for its health benefits, especially good for older adults.

A low-impact, indoor variation of traditional curling-perfect for all ages and abilities! No special equipment or experience needed.

Zumba is an inclusive, high-energy program combining international music with dance moves.
